DJI firmware update STUCK. Help!!!!

Hello to everyone, I am new to this forum.

I need your help regarding the new DJI firmware update. I tried updating the RC and it is completely stuck. The lights are on. The first one is light blue (it used to be vivid blue) and 4 white ones (I guess the charge status). I tried everything to get it to reset without luck, it just turns on and off.

At the same time the drone itself seems stuck. The red lights are on and the green lights are blinking white-ish. That's stuck too.

Any ideas? Thank you in advance for the advise, I am completely stuck...

Which Firmware Version did you upgrade to?

Two ways to update firmware: DJI assistant and DJI Go. Assistant IMO is more stable. Requires more work since it requires a pc to run assistant.

I have similar problems with two phantom 3 pro

I did mine on the dji assistant.
worked fine.
