P4 Firmware firmware update stuck at 99% and cant restore factory defaults failed but at 0%

when i try to update my phantom 4 it gets stuck at 99% i tried to restore factory defaults and that failed also but a 0%

the problem is usually in the gimbal. Does everything seem to work OK? are you having any issues?

I've had the same issue in the past. Sometimes it works right away, sometimes after 2 or 3 tries. I even think I remember once it was actually complete, but didn't "finalize" to 100%, then it was fine on the next attempt.

the drone wont start up and just beeps ant the lights dont turn on
