Had Phantom 4 Pro 3 weeks before flying it. Put maybe 3 hours since in fly time. Now I have nothing but problems, frustrated for sure. Problem 1 - My controller is not always recognized via USB to my desktop. Trying 3 different USB cables (all know to be good) eventually 1 of the 3 allows the controller to be recognized in turn I am able to see it in DJI Assist 2. However, it does not display firmware level. It did at one time, but after updating FW I have not seen FW level of the controller. So I can not revert or downgrade to a later FW version. Trying to restore to factory defualts only leads to a time out and never a completed action. As I said I have multiple problems but feel resolving this one would help with current frustration level any way -
- I have uninstalled and reinstalled Assist 2 - no help
- usb cables are good it appears the controller is recognized by my computer on a whelm
- I recently updated FW June 10, 2017
- I installed the HDMI interface card on June 10, 2017 (twice now)
- reinstalled original interface card back in controller (twice now)
- I connect the controller directly to desktop USB port (no tablet connected to the controller and no power to the phantom)
any help or thoughts?
