Can you try and run the compass cal from the app.. Rather than flipping S1?
...also...flip the switch a lilttle slower full travel about 6 to 10 times.

And let the craft sit still as compass is calibrated.

I'm having problems with the app, it binds firstly then drops off. I'm tackling that issue after I solve the main issue with no gps/compass config LED's. But thank you.

If its not what was advertized... Send it back... If the naza is not the retail model the craft is supposed to have, you have a good case against the retailer for a replacement.
