Happydays you are right about the Lightbridge and trees. When I just want to piratic in my front fields I use the P3S but when I want something long range it's the P3A.
Differences between P3 Standard and P3 Advanced?

Besides not having Lightbridge, the Standard has no removable uv filter. It must have a weaker gimbal as it has difficulty remaining level with a slip on filter. The A or P is the way to go!
