I was flying my P3P today about 600 feet away under a small arch. This flying required some careful movement. What I could see on the FPV via Iphone was decidedly different than what I was seeing with my eyes. Had I moved the way the FPV indicated I think I would have crashed.

Is this just a result of the wide angle lens? Or, has anyone else noticed this?

Objects in monitor are closer than they appear.

This is something that must be practiced in very close proximity.
At least until you are completely relaxed and can judge depth of field, on your monitor, in an instant.

Again, practice lots and conquer your worst fears. ;-)
