Did your Phantom 3 came with a lens cover?

Hi,

Did your Phantom 3's came with a lens cover, like the one that comes with P2V+? Mine didn't come with any sort of caps.
I'm worried about scratching the lens during transportation and it's not a kind of lens cap you can easily find on ebay!

Do you have any other ideas how to protect the camera lens?

No P3 comes with a lens cover. There is another thread on this. One forum member offered to make them for $7.00.

I plan on making mine with some sugru. Check the stuff out, it is phenomenal. I used it to secure my lens swap on my GoPro in my P2.

I would cover the lens in plastic wrap to keep the sugru off it, but you should be able to mold an effective lens cap. It also would make a pretty decent lens hood.
