Deluxe FPV kit

I have got the Deluxe FPV kit from Helipal and originally my signal was fine but every 10 seconds it would cut to static then back to the feed, each time getting faster and faster. It has been replaced though, but even with new transmitter even before take off the fpv it has a crazy amount of distortion happening and is barely usable. Any help??
