Hi guys,

I've searched but cant find this issue on a P2 battery.

I have a genuine DJI battery that is still at 95% after approx 15 cycles but it will not now charge. It wont show any lights now either. I plugged it in to charge and the red light came on, then it went out and now nothing. How can I get the thing to charge again?

Thanks

you know that batteries which are above 50% wont charge when you connect them, first you have to turn them on, like they are in the phantom?

You sure?

In my experience it’s more like ~95% SOC which may require Power Up first.

quite sure, nothing to lose, press the button like you are powering up the phantom and see will it charge

It’s not about something to lose but more about that is not typical. I have never had to do that and I charge from ‘storage’ levels almost exclusively.
