CS keeps turning off

Just got it, and was going through all the features. After a few minutes the screen would start going dark. Stays on about five seconds. Any suggestions?

Have you updated to latest firmware first all , If so make sure you fully factory reset CS after the update it tends to clear any silly issues.

secondly are you in auto or manual brightness.

I was able to update it. The problem of the screen going dark in a couple seconds didn't help. Also, the power on procedure being different from any other DJi device didn't help with the dark screen. I did the factory reset. It is in auto brightness now. I can't tell you how many times I read the manual, and ask my self where the rest of it was. It is almost useless. Thank you Mad_angler1 for helping me.
Time to go flying and try it out.
