Got some beaver dams, did you. I don't think you could get close to a beaver? Put some more contrast in and it will take some of the haziness away. Your video will be a lot more clearer. You will be happier also.

how do I add contrast?

In an editing program. There are many free ones. They can brighten up, darken and do so many things. Some can get very technical. Just use the basic controls or hit auto and it will do the work for you.
The area you videoed look a little like Cranesville Swamp, WV.

Gorgeous countryside. I'm a still photography shooter since I do photogrammetry for survey, so this is just my opinion on movie making. I think most people move the camera and gimbal faster than the eye wants to travel. Maybe slow the movements down, and let it slide slowly across the view? I envy your location. That's the kind of view I enjoy most from the cockpit when I'm flying a plane.
