Why not embed it, or ask the owner.

Why not contact the owner and ask them for permission and a copy of the file?

You could also embed the Youtube file as you have done on this site.

Don't forget that just because you can publicly view a video does not infer it is public domain and available for use as you please.

The videos on my site are all self hosted to avoid the commercials.
