Control Phantom 2vision+ Using WiFi

Hello,

I understand the phantom2V+ uses RC and not WiFi for drone control. However, I think it would be great to build an app that has basic control of the drone. I do not know enough about rc to make this happen so my question to anyone out there is can I somehow use WiFi to control the phantom 2 drone?

Sorry, but the Phantom was not designed or engineered that's way. it could be done but that would require some hardware and software changes. Really need to be built that way from the ground up. Don't think retrofit will do.
