All registration should be done via the FAA government site. The cost was $5.00. It's too bad, those who are scamming aren't being sought out and prosecuted.

I clickd on this sight. Amazingly there was a little box at the bottom of the screen that said 44 people were in the process of falling for this. Looks like a pretty good little gig. Probably some high school kid laying on his couch.
