Testing out the CA by flying moderately at a huge group of cypress trees in my front yard. I was about 75 feet behind, and not paying attention to the screen, but the Phantom itself. As I watched it, I swear it was going to hit the trees, so I pulled full reverse on the pitch. I tried it again slower, and the bird stopped farther away than on the first attempt.
When I viewed the video, it really looked like it was way too close. We are talking about a dense object in the afternoon sun, which was behind the P4. Do you think it was just parallax error making it look like it was that close?
Also, was looking at the flight in DJI Go and I see there is a new look. Doesn't show the CA in the dash. That would have been helpful.
