Could use some feedback and insights, thank you. Attempted to use Drone to photograph and video the upper edge and roof of a building for a client. Received approved clearances, etc and the Phantom 4 would only reach a height of 37 feet and stopped, all (4) four red lights on. Could fly horizontally, no problem but not vertically. Would go no further in height. Top of building is 100 feet. Walked one block to a park and the Drone rose to 150 feet, no problem. What would be preventing the Drone from reaching the 100 feet height at the building? Appreciate the help!

Best example I can give of magnetic Interference is this video showing how the drone stops moving forward , red lights come on and it will only go up vertical. I am betting this is exactly what happened to you.

Once the Compass becomes Jeopardized , the drone reacts in strange ways.

Its a little hard core video but thats what we do to test the drones in extreme weather flyling, but it really puts what happened to you into perspective. At this point is has been impossible to take off from this pier as the Magnetic interference is just to much even on a hand launch.

All 4 red lights on indicates a critical error.
The flight behaviour you describe sounds a lot like what happens if you fly without GPS but in an area where the conditions are suitable for the VPS sensors.
Except that in that situation, the height limit is 26 feet.
Your recorded flight data might help explain what happened but if there was a critical error, things might not have been working as programmed.

Lack of GPS signal could cause this issue. I've only had this issue with very few GPS satellites in the DJI GO app.
