Charging problems.

Phantom 3 standard.
When I put the Drone battery on charge it charges UP TO 2 solid green lights and won't charge any further, I've checked the health and that's 100% and the batteries only had 18 charges.
On Friday when I charged it, it was working properly, but now I've come to charge it and it won't charge any more than 2 solid green lights. The battery status in the APP is showing all cells at about 37%.
I'm losing all faith in this thing, please please HELP
Any ideas much appreciated.

You bought all this new?

If it gets to two solid lights, then what happens?

It just stops and all the lights go out?

I've sorted it thanks, I drained the battery and recharged it and that's fine now Thanks.
The latest problem is calibrating, please read my latest post. See if you can help.
