Hi my chargers is always in red and don't charge the battery, any sugestions of what might be wrong

Yes strange as mine charges OK but the manual states that when the battery is fully charged the 4 greens will go out and the charge indicator will go from red to green but mine just goes out yet the battery is fully charged !

LED on my charger goes green first, then the lights on the battery switch themselves off a fair amount of time later if it's left. To the OP, you either have a defective charger or a defective battery. As Ozzy said plug the aircraft into the Phantom Assistant and see what the battery stats look like. If there's nothing obviously out of line in there then it could imply a bad charger that needs replacing under warranty.
The battery plugs into the charger in two places. Make sure that you are connecting both of the connectors to the charger.sghounk said:
