Changes of UAS rules in the new FAA re-authorization bill

The FAA re-authorization act has passed the House and now goes to the Senate. You might have heard that there might be changes in Part 101 rules for hobbyist and other things in the new rule. Here is the text of what I gather is the relevant parts for us. You can read the whole bill at Text - H.R.4 - 115th Congress (2017-2018): FAA Reauthorization Act of 2018

Of note is that Section 336 of the current law is repealed.
