Change of camera and gimbal

My question is if I swap out my P3Adv camera for a P4 camera does this make my camera a P3pro now when I fire up my drone?

I did the same, and yes. The only difference between the two is the gimbal/camera assembly. Mine was recognized by the app immediately as a Pro but I did run a manual firmware update via the SD card just to be sure.
