Yes, esp. on commercial models. The Walkera Voyager 4 can run on 4g as well as WiFi - and you can get it with a 16x lens. Of course it will set you back 16k or so. (but that mainly for the lens - putting in a cell transceiver shouldn't be too much.

Lte is pretty face now a days so that shouldn't be a problem

Might work in some areas, however there are many areas where "No Service" would mean "You're Grounded"...
