Can't play MP4

I know this has been asked before, but I can't find the answer. Is this caused by stopping the drone too soon or what? Can I fix it?

stop recording before you power down.
And get a good memory card, it makes a difference.

Easy fix....Put the card back in the camera. Cycle on the Phantom. Count slowly to 30. Turn the Phantom off and take out the card. Your file should be there now...but it might be named (sorted) differently. Has worked for me several times when the video was not stopped (or could not be stopped) before the Phantom was turned off.
