Can't log in to DJI Go........

Advice please... new at this.
--Received update to ios dji go 3.1.28 then " fly safe" update

Cannot log in to app on two separate devices now. "wrong username or password"

Have deleted app 3 times and reinstalled. Same problem. Successfully changed password to dji through skypixil site 3 times and dji go app says still "wrong username or password"

I am becoming borderline. No problems with AC or remote. No visual on Ipad. Any suggestions?? This is P3A system, a Xmas gift.

Had a similar problem where a c would not connect even after reinstall of dji go
Come to find out my I pad air had an ( apple) update unrelated to dji that until I allowed I pad upgrade, then reinstall and log into dji go would it work.

You may also need to click on forgot password and wait for new temp password to be e mailed to you, then try to log on Hth
 
Ipad mini had not had an update to ios. I have changed my pass word 3 times... no joy.

I can't get dji go to open. It says I must sign in. :confused:
 
Problem Solved

Passwords with special characters have worked fine on Dji accounts and Dji go. They still work on Dji accounts but will NOT open Dji go 3.1.28 iOS.

App will not tell you that...a real catch 22.
