I'm a newb and just received my Phantom 4, I can't find a go app that will work on my Windows computer. Do I have to upgrade or just run everything through my newly upgraded iPhone? I'm running out of money! Any advice appreciated

I see references for plugging into your computer, do you run through the phone or is the app downloaded?

I'm sorry I'm an idiot, I have downloaded the DJI GO to my Apple 7 phone, I see where you update firmware by connecting to your computer so I assumed you would have a separate app on your computer to download updates.

You can install the DJI Assistant 2 app on your computer to install firmware updates. It's easier to just install them directly from DJI GO though. Follow these instructions.

If you are talking about actually running the go app on a pc.... I do by using the remixOS android subsystem. It works great on my laptop
