Can i fly with no compass

I just bought a Phantom a few days ago and have been giving it some serious beatings.
I managed to actually snap the compass and was wondering if its possible to still fly the critter without it as the part will take about 10 days to get shipped to Australia.

yes and no. you can fly in ATT mode. small nano quads and pocket quads don't have compasses. they fly fine. just keep in mind features like return to home and IOC will not work. I wouldn't go past LOS and try and keep it out of heavy winds.
