I updated my firmware and find my p4p to be less stable with video feedback issues, I want to downgrade, if I downgrade the firmware do I have to do an imu, vps, calibration? I'm confused on this. Will it save my current calibrations? Thank you guys I don't know what I would do without this website;) awesome folks here

You should never have to do imu, vps, calibration etc after any firmware change.

I'd be skeptical about firmware being the cause of your issues as everyone else is reporting no such issues.
Firmware gets blamed for a lot that it has nothing to do with.

I went ahead and downgraded. We will see tomorrow if my problem is solved. See the thing is I was never prompted to update firmware, it always said I was current but I heard there was a newer version and I went into dji assistant 2 and force updated firmware. Even after downgrading it doesn't tell me to upgrade, it says I have the latest firmware even though I know I dont.
