Calibration

I can't seem to keep an aligned horizon? I end up after completing a leveled calibration straightening out at a plus 1.9. This is really annoying to me. I have a major OCD with how perfect each frame needs to be. It was fine never had any crashes or any reason to cause this annoyance. I own 2 standards and they both are having this problem. Should I update to the newest firmware from this week? Do you think that'll help?

You don't have to have OSD to want a level camera.
Please clarify. Are you saying that it is level after adjusting your camera roll adjustment to +1.9?

I have no answer as to whether a F/W update will help with this.

What I'm saying is out of no where It won't stay leveled. I calibrate and it still don't look straight. So I end up having to adjust it too the 1.9

There are numerous threads here referring to the "Gimbal Roll Motor Shaft" slipping. Take the rear cover off of the roll motor, and see if the shaft looks correct. There is a flat spot on the shaft that should be level when the camera is level.
I'm pretty sure the flat side should be at the top, but you'll know when you remove the cover and level the camera.
If you get your camera level, and the flat spot is a little off, that may be the issue.

I have this same issue with my P3A after a crash. I took the cover off and realigned the shaft. When I put it back in the case and it is stored for a few days, it goes back to gimbal motor overload. I have to tear into it and realign shaft. I’ve seen videos saying the shaft slips in the motor. A few videos show you can put a small dab of super glue on the shaft where it mounts to the back of the camera. That’s my next step. I also have to align my camera on 2.6.
