Buying a second hand Phantom 4

Hey Guys, I am about to purchase a second hand phantom 4, is there anything I need to know beforehand?

As far as I understand, the name of the Phantom 4 cannot be changed? Are there any other drawbacks of buying secondhand? ( ie , I have read that the P3's cant be re-registered - What are the implications of not being able to re-register with a new email/name)

Ps the only reason I am getting it second hand is because I get almost 400 USD off ( it has only flown a few flights)

Yes you can rename the P4.

Yea, the craft can be renamed but old name cannot be deleted from DJI's severs.

The flights logs in the Go app will then have different pages on the left hand side to show all the different names/ profiles and it's very annoying.

I would recommend you turn it in and off several times to check the gimbal is not tilted horizontally. It is an infortunate and widespread issue with the P4.
