Bum Phantom 4 Pro or operator error?

Just setup new Phantom 4. Although the camera is not working. It get incredibly hot and not control. Am I doing something wrong? Camera worked once, and now now it hangs down and will not move. it still transmits an image, but zero control. so is this a bum phantom 4 pro or operator error?

also will not do an auto gimbal adjust, gets stuck at 6%

New out of the box may have some shipping foam the supports the camera, make sure you removed it along with the plastic gimbal clamp.

It should not get hot. I would ensure it moves freely when powered off and it is still failing after you power it up, I would return it promptly.

Maybe a small piece of something stuck in one of the pivots.
