This a really quick panorama taken with the Phantom 3 and processed using the Lightroom Photo Merge/Panorama plugin - nothing fancy but happy with the outcome.

So how do you shoot panormas like this? Do you have a wide enough angle or rotate your gimbal or...? I am new here - infact have yet to actually purchase my Phantom keep hoping soon.

With the P3 you rotate the whole thing in place as it lacks the gimbal rotation of the Inspire 1. The above is about 5 shots rotating a bit at a time with plenty of overlap.

Not so much, you just glue the photos together on a photo editor, covering the joins is the most difficult bit.
