I bought a P3P off of craigslist and the photos are quite blurry compared to my P3A (the one I crashed):

Here is a crop from my P3 ADVANCED (which I crashed):

And below is a CROP from a photo from the P4P I bought off craigslist:

The P3P looks much blurrier to me.

You can see the full size DNG files here:

000 Phantom tests

Is this something that can be fixed?

These were shot with the motors turned OFF so there isn't any motor vibration.

The lens (and the factory UV filter) seem to be fine, although I can't take off the UV filter (no rubber bands around the house).

Fortunately, the seller has offered to refund my money. But I would prefer if at all possible to try to get the camera working correctly instead.

Thanks in advance.

You said that it's a blurry P3P and also that it's a P4P. If a P4P, did you focus it?

I think you meant that your pics from the P4P were blurry. Did you focus the camera? This is required for the P4P, unlike the Phantom 3 series. There are several YouTube videos that explain how to do this, including this one:
It is actually a P3P, not a p4p. sorry about the confusion.

Most likely just an unfocused lens, especially if it was crashed. If you aren't under any kind of warranty you may try focusing per the video i sent early but getting it fine tuned can be a little fussy.
