Can anyone tell me where could send a Black Pearl Monitor to get it corrected. All info is backwards and it is in Japanese

Try posting it in the P2 NON VISION section.
Or mimic the actions in the clip.
Looks like the 3rd icon down and first option is language.
Once you get the language, look for the screen flip option.
