Bizarre firmware experience, 1 Battery already updated?

I have done several firmware updates in the past never had an issue.
Didn't really have an issue this time, but for some reason, somehow one of my batteries did not need the firmware update.
Makes no sense as it is not a new batter and I updated this same battery before using the same previous update as the other batteries.
Anyone experience this?

May be you got batteries mixed up. One battery already got updated along with AC FW.

May be bin file got corrupted somehow. Download it again and try to update the battery.

I did and perhaps I got them confused but I did them in a specific order 1,2,3, etc
1 updated, 2 said already updated, 3 updated
I am baffled and moving on
Already took it on several test flights with all batteries and all seems well.
