I've tried Velcro and double-side outdoor tape. After sitting in my case for a couple of days, the IRC comes partially unstuck. Concerned this may happen in flight. How is everyone else securing it to their P2?

I've got some 3M hook and loop tape I was planning to use though I have not yet. I heard other people recommend it.

I used 3M high bond double sided tape. I also use it for my Flytrex Core 2. Never had an issue. Highly recommended.

Does it still fit in a case? I use the fitted HPRC foam coarse. Also, did you notice any performance gains? I have to take the P2 apart to move the wiring for the ImmersionRC and don't want to do it if it won't fit in a case and/or if there are no noticeable gains. Thanks.

It's not as easy to remove as Velcro of course, but it can be pulled off if you want, you just may need to clean a little residue off afterwards w/rubbing alcohol, but it doesn't really leave that much behind. I use a piece about 1"x2", just a bit smaller than the Tx itself.

I put a small bead of hot glue on two edges between the transmitter and the P2. It's sturdy enough to hold it in place but it can be removed with a little bit of effort and doesn't damage anything or leave much for remnants behind.

After some additional digging yesterday, I realized that one half of the ImmersionRC 600 is lower than the other half. I added a second half section of double sided tape. It's not even and sticks flush all the way across the body. Feeling much better (and didn't have to mess of the tireless sticker work I just finished).

Follow up here. My IRC600 keeps hanging off on the side near the section that has the indent on the bottom. Really irritating.
