Best settings for follow mode P4 ?

I am going to use my P4 to take some footage of some cars we are working on both in follow and circular mode but wondered what the best settings would be to get the highest quality footage.
What FPS etc to get the smoothest footage ?
What FPS to use for the slow motion of tyres spinning etc ?

Your help is appreciated.

For me, and me only, to have best "cinematic expirience" I always try to get 25fps, adding 4/8/16/32 ND filter depending on light in day. For slo-mo in HD I try to set shutter around 250.
