Onto the half-height 3rd floor now ....
Had the 'Bobcat' in today backfilling the trenches and smoothing out the ground.
Reckon one more month and then it should be finished.

Like all Builders - their initial estimates are grossly under the mark. So its slowed due to it being completely my own pocket paying and not credit / mortgage.
Luckily its not a house requiring significant investment inside as well. That will save a lot.
I'm really pleased though.
What most people are amazed about though - they see it being built and ask me who will live in it !! When I tell them its a Garage and workshop - they are gobsmacked at the size ...

Enough boats ? Certainly not !!
I'm actually considering another but bigger ... about 36 - 39ft should do. Guy is supposed to be visiting some time this week to price up cleaning up my boat channel.
