What does it mean when your battery power light stays red while in the air craft

I don't know the answer but some more info might help others solve your issue. Does it charge? Do the status indicator LED's work? What do they show?

If you have an airdata (previously healthydrones) account, the battery info might tell you something or give you some clues. Although you would need to purchase a HD360 subscription I think.
