Are batteries for Phantom 2/3, the same, can I put a Phantom 3 Battery in to a Phantom 2, and vice versa.

They are non-compatible

The voltage is different, not-compatible

Definitely NOT COMPATIBLE! Phantom 2 is an 11 volt, three cell, and the Phantom 3 is a 15volt, four cell. They are also physically different so won't fit!
