Battery options - need help

Hello guys, first of all thanks for stopping by and helping me. I have read several threads about batteries, but I am still confused.

From these batteries, are there big differences between them or are they all similar (similar flight times, etc) ? how much time do you get?

Well I can give you general info.I bought a 2700MaH Titan rc and it's fantastic. 17 mins 30 seconds with the phantom bare of any accessories. I have a turnigy 2200 and notice no difference from the factory DJI one.
