How old is it? If under 6 months DJI should replace it.
Warranty is 6 months or 200 cycles, whichever comes first.
I wouldn't use it. Unsafe and too much at stake.
Unfortunately, bought 1 year ago. Came with drone. Frustrating part is that the battery itself was only used for about 5 months as it was stored all winter. Followed all storage guidelines so I certainly expected more than 70 cycles. First noticed cell deviation back in May...not serious at that point, but degradation of cell 3 went fast.
Even at storage levels, most recommend to charge batteries every 2-3 months. You could try leaving it on the charger overnight and see if it comes back, but, does appear one cell may be beyond fixing. Happens occasionally even with new batteries.
I had a P3 battery that showed a low cell, after slow discharge it appeared to come back to life. Two flights later it shut down totally a few minutes into a flight. Not nice.
Bin it, IMO.
