Balance Charger question from

the 1S red light flashes slowly and all the others are unlit.

what does this mean?

charger is set on LiPo and 2A

Until RED stays, battery is chargin, then it begins to blink GREEN, battery is been balanced each cell, finally GREEN stays, battery if ready charged. try with another battery. Looks like yours is faulty.

I take it you are using the stock phantom battery and charger.

It sounds like the charger is only seeing 1 cell.
Is your battery puffed out? Is there damage to the balance connector, plug or cable?
Bad battery or charger.
