Anyone know how I could put the standard controller in this please

The standard controller will fit without the device holder. I put a P3P device holder on my standard controller & now it fits in all my cases.

Ya you got the olde version of the case. The newer one has different cut outs to fit both. You could do some cutting yourself to make it fit

I've got the same case. I got a better phone holder and did a bit of trimming and now it fits great. If I can figure out how to post pictures on here I will show you.

I got the exact case and drone . If you gently as you can centre the lid over the motors , then you can barely see the folded antenna hits first . I cut a small square out of the top of the shell . Fit alot better .

I also have replaced the standard phone mount with a tablet holder . After making the hole in the lid for the antenna I now hit the silver support bar mounted on underneath the controller . I'm going to unscrew it and then all should fit fine .
