The app on my remote says that the aircraft is disconnected and i can't fly, but I can move the gimble using the remote. I says I have the latest firmware installed. Please Help

A little more detail would be helpful for someone to help you. Such as what aircraft, what device, what app.....etc..etc...
Phantom 4 Pro, DJI Go app, and I'm using DJI remote with built on screen. I haven't flown it in a year. A year ago everything worked great. It was stored in a hard case and i went to use it and it will not connect. I updated the firmware and still nothing. The light under 2 of the motors are flashing green and the other 2 are red.
