Any physical similarities between P3 Standard and Phantom 330

I have a friend who wants to give me a working 330. I have a P3 standard. Are there any interchangeable parts? Battery? Controller? Motors? Anything? I can't tell from pictures he has sent. Don't want to waste shipping to find out.

I guess a 330 is a P2V.

Battery's no.
All P2's use the same battery.

All P3's use the same battery.

All P4's use the same battery.

Controller no.

Motors, I doubt it.

I thought it was considered a Phantom 1. 330 whatever the 330 stands for.
I tried to do more research and the body looks same size. 350 mm. Very similar except for battery compartment.
I forgot to mention the P1 does not have a working battery anymore. And my friend could not find a replacement.

I purchased a DJI drone off e--bay, it is new in the box, the model number on bottom of drone states P330Z and the controller states MDJ6. The seller stated it was a Phanton 2. Is this a plain Phanton 2 or is it a Vision. There is no camara but the wiring is hanging and taped to bottom of the unit. All help would be appreciated. What type of camara did this unit use

The P1 uses a standard Lipo battery, such as used in many fpv quads and RC cars

The body shape of the p1 and p2 are different only by virtue of the battery compartment, other wise they are very similar looking.
