I originally had this posted on my YouTube channel but I learned that YouTube started injecting annoying ads into my videos without my knowledge. So I am moving all my videos to Vimeo.

I would not encourage anyone to attempt this drone flight due to the restrictions. You would have to get permission from the Apsara authority which is very expensive. I still have no idea why they would object to something that amounts to free advertising. It strikes me as humorous that the authorities would object to a plastic 4-pound drone flying around the periphery ... but a 9,000-pound tourist helicopter is acceptable.

That would be an exceptionally large & heavy helicopter for tourists.

I guess not quite so big if you are allowing for a 9k gross weight. A Huey helicopter comes in over 9k lbs fully loaded, but that's a pretty large helicopter, too.
