DJI Vision app on Samsung Tab4 works but fails to move camera tilt up and down. Indicator on app screen moves correctly but cam does not move. Everything else seems to function OK. Android level 4.4.2 Vision app level 1.0.34. DJI Vision app on ipad mini and regular ipad at IOS 8.2 both work OK with same P2V+. Turned on Developer options and nothing was checked.
