Trying to get a android app. later then 1.0.38 to work on my Nexus 7 (2013). Specifically for the radar in the lower left corner of the app. screen. I can get radar with app. 1.0.38 but its the large radar in the center of screen. Not to good for flying FPV. Generally I fly at low altitude ( under 100ft ) and roam around exploring out to 3000ft. Keeping my antenna pointing at the Vision is tough to do without watching the radar.
Tried using app. 1.0.40 without much luck. Seems to work but after a few flights I lose video and will not reconnect until powering down the Vision. App. 1.0.38 works great but I need the radar on full time. Using assistant 1.08. Tried assistant 2.0 but change back to 1.08. Anyone have similar experience and found a way to get new Android app. with full time radar to work good? Any suggestions would be appreciated.
