This is crash seeking flight. Particularly that one between the trees.
I would definitely choose the forward flight and than get the same effect with reversing the video clip.

Actually it's quite easy. You fly by looking at the drone, not at the FPV screen. You need to be able to visualize the shot framing without looking at it.
