Hey guys,
I was frustrated by the lack of altitude data in the geotags of JPGs (and also on raw file formats for me, although other's have reported success in this regard).
Why would I want altitude so badly? Because it is useful when combining aerial photos in software like Agisoft Photoscan to create 3d models of surfaces. Raw is not useful because it can only take images every 30s on a timer.
You can simply load the csv track file from the Vision+ Utility Pro app https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.taco_rc.visionplusutilitypro&hl=en (or your Flytrex module), into Geosetter http://www.geosetter.de/ and sync the missing altitude info. I'm fairly certain this is possible at least.
I don't have the VIsion+ Utility Pro app at the moment and my PV2+ is out of commission while await the arrival of the new camera, but I thought I'd share my solution in case anyone was interested.
