Airport Control Towers

I live within 5 miles of our airport and as mandated by the new UAV regulations by the FAA. I called the control tower at the 2 different numbers listed and I was directed to call a different number. I called it without an answer, now what other option do we have when we want to fly our quadcopter?

What airport? I'm guessing maybe KRHV or KSJC? Call em back and say nobody answered. Another option is to get a hand held aviation radio and contacting them that way. Good luck!

In my opinion, if you call them and they don't bother to pick up the phone, you're good. You've done your duty.
